1. Returns
1.1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Chair Collective. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it within [X] days of receiving the product.

1.3. Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
2. Refunds
2.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
